What you are agreeing to

When you check the consent box on your contract page, you agree that Pocono HomeWorks LLC can give you your contract, its notices (including the notice of your right to cancel), change orders, invoices and receipts electronically, and that you can sign them electronically. An electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one.

This consent covers the contract you are signing and the records that go with it, for as long as that job lasts.

Your right to paper

Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent to electronic records at any time by calling, emailing or writing to us at the contacts above. There is no fee. Withdrawing consent doesn't cancel your contract or change anything you already signed; it means we send future records on paper. Your right to cancel within three business days works the same either way.

Keeping your email current

We send records to the email address on your contract. If it changes, tell us by phone or email so you don't miss anything.

What you need

A phone, tablet or computer with a current web browser and internet access, an email account, and a way to open and save PDF files (any current phone or computer can). If you can read this page, you can view and keep your records. Your signed contract is emailed to you as a PDF and can be downloaded any time from the link in that email.
